Our extraction hood filters for kitchens capture and retain smoke, grease, gases as well as contaminants. Without these filters, oil vapors and other contaminants would build up in the ventilation ducts and could become a fire hazard. In private homes and commercial kitchens, cooker hood filters should be installed for safety reasons and to improve indoor air quality. Metal mesh filter
The structure is solid and washable for repeatedly use without frequent replacement. The oil capture rate is between 20-40%. Aluminum mesh and stainless-steel mesh can be selected.
Glue sprayed cotton
The structure of glue sprayed cotton / G3 cotton is fluffy, the inner fibers are staggered and complex. It can be cleaned and used repeatedly without frequent replacement. The oil separation rate is between 30-70%. UL94 v0-v2 level can be achieved according to your requirements.
Active carbon filter
The activated carbon is located on a carrier material. The porous or fluffy carrier traps the oil smoke. The micropores of the activated carbon absorb the oil smoke and remove the cooking odor at the same time. The activated carbon can be cleaned and used, but it is recommended to replace it within 3 months. The oil separation rate is between 30-70%. Depending on your requirements, UL94 v0-v2 level can be achieved. Glue sprayed cotton or sponge can be chosen as the carrier material.
