Celebrating 30 years of Freudenberg Filtration in China

Freudenberg Filtration Technologies recently celebrated the 30th anniversary of Freudenberg & Vilene Nonwovens at its Suzhou site in China. Founded in 1995 as a joint venture between the Freudenberg Group and Japan Vilene Company, the Suzhou facility has grown into a vital production and innovation hub. Over the past three decades, it has played a key role in supporting a wide range of industries, with a strong focus on the automotive sector – especially electric vehicle manufacturers. Today, a substantial portion of the global production of micronAir cabin air filters originates from this very plant.

Themed “Weaving Excellence,” the anniversary was celebrated in style with two major events in Suzhou: an official ceremony in the afternoon followed by a lively dinner party in the evening.
