Viledon Surface-Loading Filter Cartridges

Viledon surface-loading cartridges are used in supply air filtration systems for turbomachinery both on and off-shore and are an ideal solution for pulse-jet systems which have to cope with very high dust concentrations and/or fine, pourable dusts. Their patented corrugated high-performance filter medium achieves very high collection efficiency and uniform dust loading even for fine dusts. The corrugation keeps the pleat geometry exceptionally stable and renders an external support cage superfluous, which facilitates cleaning and significantly reduces the risk of icing-up. Viledon surface-loading cartridges offer high functional reliability and excellent cleanability over long periods, using pulse-jet routines and even additional washing. Their low pressure drops enable longer cycle times and less frequent cleaning, with concomitant gains in operational cost-efficiency. 100% moisture-resistant, temperature-resistant up to 80°C.
