Viledon Filter Bags for Dust Removal

Whether you‘re handling sugar, wood or cement, whether it’s in steelworks, foundries or in surface treatment processes, in fact wherever large quantities of dust are encountered, filter bags are what you need.

Viledon NEXX filter bags with the unique Evolon® technology are the next generation of surface filters with outstanding advantages over traditional filters manufactured from needle-felt. They are much lighter and tougher, sturdy and durable, are subject to lower mechanical stress owing to lower operating pressure differential. This extends filtration cycles and cleaning intervals thus producing energy savings and reduced outlay on maintenance and replacement. With Viledon NEXX clean gas values of 1 mg/m³ can be achieved continuously.

For the user, handling for cleaning and removal routines is now substantially easier, even when the filters are contaminated with dust.

In addition to the Viledon NEXX variants we offer MAXX bags made of polyester with PTFE membrane for highest demands in particle retention efficiency as well as Fiber bags made of polyester spunbonded nonwovens containing recycle fibers. These are used in applications with high fiber content in the dust and stringent requirements for low operating pressure drops.

All Viledon filter bags are available with and without antistatic finish in a multiplicity of different sizes, lengths and models, with a wide choice of top and bottom section variants as well.
