The new Viledon NanoPleat cassette filters featuring innovative HSN technology are exceptionally sturdy and water-repellent, with superlative hygiene characteristics.

Thanks to their innovative Hybrid-Synthetic-Nanofiber (HSN) nonwoven media, manufactured in-house, NanoPleat cassette filters offer an excellent performance profile, coupling reliable fine filtration at particularly low pressure drops and high dust storage capacity with energy-economical, ultra-dependable operating characteristics and long useful lifetimes. The filter elements’ exceptional sturdiness and the HSN filter media used mean they are easier to handle during installation. If they are touched with a slight pressure, the filter medium will not be irreversibly damaged. The filter media are highly water-repellent. When they are exposed to moisture, water droplets will simply roll off the material’s surface, and the pressure drop will not show any significant increase. This renders NanoPleat cassette filters extremely reliable in operation, and makes them particularly suitable for use in moist environments entailed by the production operation concerned. Viledon NanoPleat filters are non-corroding, highly resistant to chemicals, 100 % resistant to moisture, microbiologically inactive, and meet all the criteria laid down in VDI Guideline 6022 "Hygiene requirements for use in HVAC systems".
